Five Reasons Why I Blog

So here we go with five reasons why I blog:
1) because I like to share updates with family members and friends through photos and if the spirit moves me, words too.
2) because I get constructtive feedback and learn from others visiting my blog through the comments they leave me.
3) to meet others sharing in the same passion I have and to learn from what they are doing!
4) as a distraction for the everyday pressures of work ;)
5) so I have an excuse to dominate the computer time over my husband….. LOL

Six Weird Things About *Moi*
I was tagged by Michelle, and I now owe the blogging population a list of 6 weird things about me. Here we go.
1. I DIP my burgers and hot dogs into huge piles of ketchup, but I do NOT eat ketchup with french fries.
2. I had a pet chicken growing up. We do not live on a farm. He was hatched from an incubator.
3. I dip bread and donuts (sometimes loaded with melted butter) into hot chocolate.
4. I cut my own hair.
5. I STILL avoid stepping on cracks.
6. I am not into football. So when asked who I am rooting for, I pick my football team winner by the type of animal mascot. For instance, I picked the Colts to win for tonight's Superbowl - because I love horses. If there is no animal, I base my pick on the color of the uniforms.

The Final Countdown
The final countdown. My last 25 tidbits to share in my Blog Challenge - 100 Things about myself.
76. I love watching the Superbowl for the commercials. And sometimes the last quarter of the game.
77. I do not have a favorite football team.
78. I do not use anything past its expiration date. I don't care if I'm told I can "use it longer".
79. And if it smells or looks funny, I throw it out, regardless of the date.
80. I think cars would be safer if they were made out of plastic. Or built to crash like bumper cars.
81. I love theme parks and going on rides.
82. But I do not like waiting in the lines.
83. I am awesome at Wack-a-Mole.
84. I love Calla Lillies.
85. I like to fall asleep with our Envirascape water running. But if the toilet is running it drives me mad!
86. I wish the zoo animals and habitat was the nature around us. And not the nature we surround.
87. I purchased a stick shift car when I graduated college. I could not drive it off the lot.
88. I collected stickers when I was a kid.
89. I paid for my own college education.
90. I think there are too many channels on television.
91. I think there should be at least one television channel and radio station that ONLY have positive news ALL day long.
92. I wish someone could invent a way for trash to evaporate so we wouldn't have so much waste in the world.
93. I wonder why a pig was chosen to coin the term "piggy bank" and not another animal or inanimate object.
94. I like crown moulding in a home.
95. I prefer hardwood floors to carpet.
96. I do not like cooked vegetables, I prefer fresh vegetables.
97. I want a pair of heelies. LOL. They just look fun.
98. I don't think wedding cakes taste as good as Betty Crocker or the stuff you make from a box.
99. And I typically don't like the fondant either.

57. I am listed in Who’s Who of American High School Students. I did not send in the information.
58. I have published poetry.
59. My husband makes the world’s best ribs.
60. I love to watch the show Ninja Warrior.
61. I want to go and try the first stage (of Ninja Warrior).
62. I do NOT like to parallel park.
63. It grosses me out when I can hear people clipping their nails (fingers or toes).
64. I love my husband’s blue eyes.
65. I have always wanted to parasail. I will this year.
66. I have vivid dreams.
67. I also have vivid nightmares.
68. I love to listen to music. Really loud when I am by myself.

Continuing the fun, and I am referring to the Blog Challenge - 100 Things about myself.. Here are 25 more things about me.
26. I am older than 30 and younger than 40.
27. I always wanted a sister growing up.
28. I have naturally wavy hair.
29. I love silver.
30. I've had an appendectomy.
31. I am a middle child.
32. I love Nutella.
33. I love playing Sudoku.
34. I am uncomfortable dressing up. I would rather wear jeans and a t-shirt - all the time.
35. I have taken over 40,000 pictures of the kids in the last 5 years.
36. I love the smell of shea butter products.
37. I love the movie High School Musical.
38. I love the whole experience of going to the movies. Popcorn with butter, drinks, and candy included.
39. Children amaze me.
40. I only call my husband by name when I'm mad or when I'm around other adults.
41. I played lacrosse in high school.
42. I was on the jump rope team in elementary school. I can still jump rope and do a lot of the tricks I learned when I was 9.
43. I love to shop "after sales".
44. I am not a good conversationalist.
45. I gained over 60 pounds with the pregnancy of my first daughter.
46. I get anxious when a lot of people are talking at once.
47. When I was a kid I would cross my eyes to see if they would stay that way. I would also look at the sun.

49. I don't like to vacuum.
50. I love when my kids play. I love to play with my kids. I really love playing with their toys.
I have never tried a storyboard picture series. Camryn posed tonight with her new Barbie guitar and when I looked at the picture a storyboard came to mind. So here is my attempt. Please let me know what you think.
